A boxing glove lip-syncs the words of transcribed public accusations, fact and fiction. The figure listens and reacts to the accusations, at the same time as being intermittently struck on the temple by the other glove, which enters from outside of the frame on an extending concertina arm.

The sucker punch as practiced by Ronnie Kray would involve offering the target a cigarette with one hand and then hitting them with the other. An open jaw would crack very easily. Kray used to practice on punch bags, continually offering them cigarettes.
